Welcome to KIDKITINDIA. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our website or placing an order with KIDKITINDIA, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on KIDKITINDIA, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Exchange Policy and other policies published on our website.

2. Changes to Terms
KIDKITINDIA may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when published on our website.

3. User Accounts & Guest Checkout
Customers may place orders either by creating an account or by using Guest Checkout.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your account details secure and accurate.
If you use Guest Checkout, you are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping and contact information.
KIDKITINDIA reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts or cancel orders where false, misleading or fraudulent information is provided.

4. Products & Services
We strive to keep product descriptions, pricing and images accurate; however, errors may occasionally occur.
Product colours may vary slightly because of screen settings, photography, manufacturing batches and the personalization process.

5. Orders & Payment
• All orders are subject to verification and acceptance.
• Payment must be completed using the methods available on our website.
• KIDKITINDIA reserves the right to accept, reject, verify, hold or cancel any order before dispatch for reasons including suspected fraud, fake orders, pricing errors, stock unavailability, technical issues, duplicate orders, incorrect customer details, abuse of COD or any other legitimate business reason.
• Eligible prepaid orders cancelled by KIDKITINDIA will be refunded through the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available only for eligible products, serviceable locations and customers meeting our internal eligibility criteria.
We reserve the right to disable COD, request prepaid payment, verify customer details or cancel COD orders based on purchase history, repeated refusals, suspicious activity or internal risk assessment.

Personalized Products
KIDKITINDIA offers name personalization on selected products.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalization details are correct before placing the order.
Once personalization has begun, the order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or refunded except where the product is damaged, defective or personalized differently from the details submitted.
Minor variations in placement, size, font, colour or alignment are part of the personalization process and are not defects.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery timelines are indicative only and delays beyond our reasonable control do not create liability.

7. Return & Exchange
Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Customers may be required to provide an uninterrupted parcel opening video for damage claims.

8. Intellectual Property
All website content including logos, images, graphics, product names, designs, videos and text belongs to KIDKITINDIA or its licensors and may not be copied without written permission.

9. Website Usage
Users must not place fake orders, misuse promotions, provide false information, attempt unauthorized access or otherwise misuse the website.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KIDKITINDIA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the relevant order.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify KIDKITINDIA against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the website.

12. Force Majeure
KIDKITINDIA is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the competent courts at Hisar, Haryana.

14. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.

15. Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.

16. Entire Agreement
These Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Exchange Policy constitute the entire agreement between the customer and KIDKITINDIA.
