KidKitIndia Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At KidKitIndia, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. Please review our policies carefully before placing your order.


Agreement to Policy

By placing an order on www.kidkitindia.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all our Return, Exchange, Cancellation, Dispatch, and Delivery policies stated below.


Return Policy

🚫 We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

However, we offer exchanges or replacements only in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.

  • You receive an incorrect product model.

You must contact us within 1–2 days of delivery to report the issue.


Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange

Exchanges are permitted only if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.

  • The wrong product model was delivered.

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Used products

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Change-of-mind requests


Conditions for Exchange

An exchange will be processed only if:

  • The product is unused and in original condition.

  • All original packaging and accessories are intact.

  • The request is made within 1–2 days of delivery.

  • A complete unboxing video is provided clearly showing:

    • The sealed parcel

    • The opening process

    • The product condition

    • Any visible defect (if applicable)

Requests without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.


Exchange Policy for Personalized Products

❌ Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

✔ The only exception is if there is a name error caused by KidKitIndia during personalization. In such cases, a replacement will be provided after verification.


Exchange Process

  1. Record a full unboxing video immediately upon delivery.

  2. Contact us within 1–2 days via:

  3. Ship the product back in original condition with all packaging (customer bears return shipping charges).

  4. After verification and approval, the replacement will be dispatched within 1–2 working days.

  5. Delivery of replacement: 4–7 working days after dispatch.


Shipping Costs for Exchange

  • We cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement product.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.


Dispatch & Delivery Policy

Dispatch Timelines

  • Non-Personalized Products: Dispatched within 1 working day.

  • Personalized Products: Dispatched within 3 working days.

Working Hours

10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Monday to Sunday)


Delivery Timelines

  • Personalized Products: Delivered within 5–10 working days.

  • Non-Personalized Products: Delivered within 4–7 working days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

KidKitIndia is not responsible for delays caused by courier services. Refunds will not be issued for delivery delays.


Cancellation Policy

Prepaid Orders

⚠ Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

If a customer still wishes to cancel a prepaid order:

  • No refund will be initiated.

  • Store credit equivalent to the order value will be issued.

  • Store credit can be used for future purchases only.


COD Orders

COD orders can be cancelled:

  • Within 24 hours of placing the order
    OR

  • Before dispatch (whichever comes first)

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.


Personalized Orders

❌ Personalized product orders once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
