  1. Only the First Name Will Be Personalized
    • KidKitIndia personalizes products only with a single first name.
    • If you enter more than one word (for example: Aarav Sharma, Aarav Kumar, or Aarav Raj Singh), only the first word ("Aarav") will be considered for personalization.
    • ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Any text entered after the first name (i.e., after the first space) will be automatically ignored and will not be printed.
  2. Please Enter Only the First Name
    • The personalization field on our website clearly states: "Please write only the First Name."
    • Please ensure you enter only the name you wish to have printed on your product.
  3. No Confirmation or Verification
    • KidKitIndia will not contact customers to confirm or verify the personalization details entered.
    • We will not ask whether you intended to provide a first name, full name, initials, nickname, or multiple names.
    • Your order will be processed exactly in accordance with this policy and the information entered by you at the time of purchase.
  4. Customer's Responsibility
    • Please review your personalization details carefully before placing your order.
    • KidKitIndia is not responsible for spelling mistakes, typing errors, incorrect names, capitalization, or any other information entered by the customer.
    • Personalization will be completed exactly as per the text entered by the customer, subject to this policy.
  5. No Changes, Cancellations or Replacements
    • Personalized products are custom-made specifically for you.
    • Once your order has been placed or the personalization process has begun, the name cannot be changed, corrected, cancelled, refunded, or replaced due to customer input errors.
