Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship only to addresses within India. International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Shipping Methods

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. Shipping methods and carriers may vary depending on your location and order size.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Charges are calculated based on the delivery location and displayed at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over ₹500 (subject to promotional changes).


4. Delivery Timeline

  • Non-Personalized Products: Delivery typically takes 4–7 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • Personalized Products: Delivery typically takes 5–10 working days from the date of dispatch.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, weather conditions, or logistical issues.


5. Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays.

  • The courier company will attempt delivery up to three times before the package is returned to us.

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Further delivery attempts.

  • Address changes after the tracking number has been issued.


6. Accurate Address & Delivery Instructions

  • Ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate, including any special instructions.

  • Make sure someone is available to receive the order at the specified address.

  • Incorrect Details: KIDKITINDIA is not responsible for lost shipments due to incomplete or incorrect addresses or phone numbers.

Prepaid Orders Returned Due to Incorrect Details:
If a prepaid order is returned to us due to an incorrect pincode, address, or phone number, the customer will be required to pay the reshipping charges to KIDKITINDIA. This must be done after communication with our team via email or WhatsApp before the parcel can be resent.


7. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: Delivery to P.O. Box addresses may not be available. Please provide a physical address.

  • Remote Areas: Some remote or restricted areas may not be serviced by our courier partners. If delivery to your address is not possible, we will notify you and provide an alternative solution or refund.


8. COD (Cash on Delivery) Policy

If a COD order is cancelled by the customer before delivery or refused upon arrival, no further COD orders will be accepted from that customer.
KIDKITINDIA reserves the right to cancel any future COD orders placed by the same customer without prior notice.


9. Delays & Liability

While we take all necessary steps to expedite delayed deliveries, KIDKITINDIA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services. Refunds will not be issued for such delays.


10. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
You can use this number to monitor your shipment on the courier partner’s website or contact our support team for assistance.


11. Damaged or Missing Orders

  • Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please refer to our Exchange Policy for instructions on requesting an exchange.

  • Missing Orders: If your order is missing, contact us with your order number and we will assist in locating your package.
